Job Description

We seek a professional Receptionist for our Ulhasnagar office. This full-time, on-site role offers a salary of ₹8,00–₹12,00 per month with rotational shifts. Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming visitors and managing visitor logs and badges
• Answering and forwarding calls, handling email correspondence
• Scheduling appointments and meeting rooms; arranging travel and catering
• Sorting mail, data entry, filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies
• Liaising with maintenance and IT, monitoring building access, and maintaining a tidy reception and office
