Coconut Cove Varkala invites an experienced North Indian Chef to join our beachfront resort. The ideal candidate will prepare authentic vegetarian and non‑vegetarian North Indian cuisine, with basic proficiency in popular South Indian dishes (biryani, parotta, select curries).

• Responsibilities: menu coordination, ensure consistent taste, quality, presentation, hygiene, inventory control, and supervise kitchen staff.
• Requirements: 2–5 years’ cooking experience (resort/hotel preferred); Hindi mandatory; English and regional languages advantageous; able to work independently in a resort environment and willing to reside on-site.

Position: full‑time, permanent, in-person. Benefits include accommodation (if applicable), meals, performance-based increments, and long-term stability. Salary: ₹33,00–₹35,00/month.
