Job Description
Madona Industries seeks an in-person Store Sales Executive to assist walk-in customers, recommend print and branding solutions, prepare quotations, close orders, and coordinate with design and production to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include basic billing, follow-ups, and maintaining daily sales records.
- Requirements: strong communication and customer-service skills; ability to upsell and cross-sell; basic computer proficiency (billing, Excel, WhatsApp); professional demeanor and willingness to work store hours.
- Retail or print experience preferred; Malayalam fluency with basic English is an advantage.
- Employment: Full-time. Compensation: ₹10,00–₹33,040.40 per month.
