Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Associate, Trademark Prosecution to lead trademark filings, oppositions, renewals and prosecution strategies for local and international clients. You will manage a team, coordinate with foreign counsel, advise on clearance and portfolio maintenance, and ensure compliance with IP laws and deadlines. Requirements: law degree or IP qualification, 6+ years’ trademark prosecution experience, strong drafting, client management and project coordination skills, and fluency in English. Excellent attention to detail, ability to mentor junior staff, and proficiency with trademark databases required. Competitive salary and growth opportunities.
