Job Description
We are seeking a Reservation Executive to manage bookings, respond to guest inquiries via phone and email, coordinate with front office and operations, update the reservation system, and ensure accurate billing and reporting.
Requirements: 1–2 years in reservations or hospitality, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, proficiency with PMS/booking systems, fluency in English, and a customer-focused attitude.
