Role Overview
Crossroads School of Music is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Tele-Caller / Education Sales Executive to convert enquiries into confirmed student admissions for our high-value Diploma programs, Evening courses, and Regular music performance courses.
This role is ideal for a go-getter with strong communication skills and a sales mindset, who can confidently counsel students and parents and close admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
- Counsel students and parents about Diploma, Evening, and Regular music courses
- Convert warm leads into confirmed admissions
- Address objections professionally and follow up systematically
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up status
- Coordinate with front desk and academic teams for walk-ins and counselling
- Meet weekly and monthly conversion targets
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market response
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Hindi communication is a strong advantage
- Prior experience in tele-calling / education sales / admission counselling
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Target-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated
- Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets / CRM / WhatsApp Business
Preferred Experience
- Experience in educational institutions, training centres, or academies
- Exposure to high-ticket course sales (₹50,00 – ₹3,50,00 range)
- Understanding of student and parent counselling dynamics
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary: ₹15,00 – ₹22,00 (based on experience and performance)
- Attractive performance-based incentives on confirmed admissions
- High performers can earn ₹25,00 – ₹35,00+ per month
