Role Overview

Crossroads School of Music is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Tele-Caller / Education Sales Executive to convert enquiries into confirmed student admissions for our high-value Diploma programs, Evening courses, and Regular music performance courses.

This role is ideal for a go-getter with strong communication skills and a sales mindset, who can confidently counsel students and parents and close admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
• Counsel students and parents about Diploma, Evening, and Regular music courses
• Convert warm leads into confirmed admissions
• Address objections professionally and follow up systematically
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up status
• Coordinate with front desk and academic teams for walk-ins and counselling
• Meet weekly and monthly conversion targets
• Provide feedback on lead quality and market response

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Hindi communication is a strong advantage
• Prior experience in tele-calling / education sales / admission counselling
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Target-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets / CRM / WhatsApp Business

Preferred Experience

• Experience in educational institutions, training centres, or academies
• Exposure to high-ticket course sales (₹50,00 – ₹3,50,00 range)
• Understanding of student and parent counselling dynamics

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary: ₹15,00 – ₹22,00 (based on experience and performance)
• Attractive performance-based incentives on confirmed admissions
• High performers can earn ₹25,00 – ₹35,00+ per month
