Job Opening: Influencer Marketing Executive

Very Important: This is an in-office role based in Vrindavan, Mathura so you will need to relocate.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹45,00-₹65,00 per month

Experience: 1–3 years in influencer marketing / creator coordination (preferred)

About the Role

We are hiring an Influencer Marketing Executive to find, curate, onboard, and coordinate the right influencers for every brand campaign requirement. This role is focused on execution discipline: timely deliverables, smooth communication, revision handling, and strict tracking so CollabGlam delivers quality outcomes and protects real revenue. This is a long-term role for someone who is organized, fast, and consistent.

What You Will Do

1. Discover and shortlist relevant influencers based on niche, audience, geography, engagement quality, and brand fit

2. Maintain influencer records with profile links, categories, and performance notes in the tracker

3. Communicate with influencers using approved scripts and confirm availability before finalizing

4. Collect required details: rates, formats, posting timelines, proof requirements, and commitments

5. Coordinate campaign execution: approvals, revisions, publishing, proof collection, and final checklist closure

6. Ensure on-time delivery of all deliverables as per campaign scope and brand guidelines

6. Maintain proof links/screenshots, publishing URLs, and daily tracker/CRM updates (single source of truth)

8. Support process improvement by helping build and refine SOPs for execution

– Ability to talk with Influencers with convincing attitude to join our platform CollabGlam.com

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹45,00 per month

KPI Incentive: Up to ₹20,00 per month (based on monthly KPI scorecard and quality gate)

Maximum On-Target Earnings: ₹65,00 per month

Note: Payments are subject to applicable statutory deductions.
