Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused DSA Officers (Retail) to be positioned at car showrooms and dealer locations. The role involves promoting and sourcing car loan products, guiding customers through the loan process, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell car loan products at assigned car showrooms/dealer outlets.
• Generate leads and convert walk-in customers into car loan prospects.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Coordinate with showroom staff and build strong relationships with dealers.
• Collect, verify, and submit customer documents accurately.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain productivity levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional brand image.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any Degree
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with experience in car loans / retail lending / DSA sales preferred

Language Requirements:

• Communicable English
• Proficiency in any two regional languages

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with customer-handling ability
• Basic knowledge of car loans or retail banking (preferred)
