Job Description

We’re looking for a creative Content Creator + Video Editor who can capture high-quality interior videos/photos and convert them into engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube (shorts + long), and LinkedIn. You should be able to handle shooting + editing + basic posting support with a strong sense of aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities) Content Planning & Ideation

• Plan weekly content around ongoing projects: kitchens, wardrobes, living rooms, makeovers, before/after
• Suggest reel hooks, scripts, and shot lists based on trends + brand style
• Coordinate with the founder/team for approvals and shoot schedules

2) Shooting (On-site + In-office)

• Shoot vertical + horizontal videos for Reels/Shorts/YouTube tours
• Capture crisp interior walkthroughs: details, finishes, storage, lighting, transitions
• Record client testimonials (video + audio) professionally
• Take high-quality photos for carousels and project highlights

3) Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit Reels/Shorts (15–60 sec): fast cuts, captions, transitions, music, hooks
• Edit long-form YouTube tours (5–20 min): storytelling flow, music, titles, lower thirds
• Add on-screen text, subtitles, branding watermark, and CTA
• Basic color correction, audio cleanup, stabilization

4) Graphic Support (Bonus)

• Create thumbnails for YouTube + cover frames for reels
• Simple creatives for posts/stories (Canva)

5) Posting Support & Performance (Bonus)

• Upload content with SEO-friendly titles/descriptions/hashtags
• Track basic performance: views, watch-time, saves, leads
• Maintain content folder structure and backups

Required Skills

• Proven experience in shooting + editing social media videos
• Strong editing skills
• Understanding of Instagram & YouTube trends, hooks, retention
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and thumbnail psychology
• Own equipment: camera/phone + gimbal + mic (or willingness to use company equipment)

Deliverables & Output Expectations

• 10-15 Reels/Shorts per month
• 2-4 YouTube videos per month (mix of long + shorts)
• 2–4 client testimonial edits per month
• (Final numbers can be adjusted after the first month)

Work Timings

Flexible, but shoots are typically daytime as per site availability. Editing deadlines are fixed as per content calendar.

Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
