Job Description
Looking for aAthreya Dental Clinic – Smiles to Go is looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Receptionist to be the face of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with registrations
- Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in patients
- Maintain patient records and basic billing entries
- Coordinate smoothly with doctors and assistants
- Ensure the reception area is clean, calm, and welcoming
- Handle basic administrative and clinic front-desk duties
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS excel / clinic software preferred)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a clinical environment
- Punctual, honest, and patient-oriented
- Previous clinic / hospital / front-office experience is an advantage (freshers can apply)
