Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building relationships with prospective buyers, negotiating and closing sales deals, and achieving sales targets. The role involves providing clients with property information, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Effective Communication and Presentation skills
- Negotiation and Persuasion abilities with a client-focused attitude
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant experience in sales, especially in real estate, is advantageous
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
