Job Description
We seek a Legal and Compliance Associate to support corporate legal matters, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. You will review contracts, draft policies, monitor regulatory changes, and advise internal teams to ensure adherence to laws and company standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law, 1–3 years of experience in corporate or regulatory compliance, strong drafting and analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Experience with licensing, data protection, or financial regulations is a plus.
