Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹40,00-₹55,00 per month

Experience: 1–3 years in social media / community handling (preferred)

About the Role

We are hiring a Social Media & Community Executive to manage CollabGlam’s social presence, handle community interactions, and route inbound interest into the sales pipeline. This role focuses on consistent posting, timely responses, community trust-building, and platform-first onboarding so our platform CollabGlam.com achieves real transactional growth.

What You Will Do

1. Manage CollabGlam’s social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other assigned platforms)

2. Ensure consistent posting as per approved content plan, tone, and brand guidelines

3. Coordinate creatives and captions while maintaining brand consistency

4. Respond to DMs, comments, and enquiries professionally and on time

5. Handle FAQs, build community trust, and keep conversations active

6. Capture all inbound interest and ensure nothing is ignored

7. Push a platform-first approach by sharing “Join CollabGlam.com” CTA and approved onboarding link

8. Log all inbound conversations and stages in CRM/Inbound Sheet daily

9. Route qualified inbound leads to SDR/AE with complete context and proof

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹40,00 per month

KPI Incentive: Up to ₹15,00 per month

Maximum On-Target Earnings: ₹55,00 per month

Note: Payments are subject to applicable statutory deductions.
