We are hiring Tele callers / Customer Support Executives for a leading private banking outbound voice process.

This role involves outbound calling to potential customers, explaining banking products, and generating qualified leads. Candidates should be comfortable with target-based work and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Explain banking products clearly and confidently
• Generate and qualify leads as per process guidelines
• Maintain call records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum HSC / 12th Pass (Mandatory)
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Age: 18 years and above
• Basic to excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling and target-oriented work

Location: Powai (L&T Area), Mumbai, Maharashtra

Work Details

• Day shift
• 6 days working with 1 weekly off
• Work-from-office role (details shared after shortlisting)

Compensation

• ₹15,00 – ₹21,00 per month (In-hand) + Incentives
• Salary based on communication skills and interview performance
