Job Description
Join our team as a Guest Relation Supervisor to lead front-office guest services, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage a small guest relations team, handle guest inquiries and complaints, coordinate VIP services, and liaise with other departments. Candidate must have 2+ years in hospitality supervisory role, strong communication and problem-solving skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in reservation and CRM systems. Flexible schedule and customer-focused attitude required.
