Job Description
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (business background preferred)
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to offer comprehensive administrative and operational support to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in MS Excel, particularly Advanced Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meetings.
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings.
- Develop and analyze reports using Advanced Excel.
- Create business summaries and presentations.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects.
Compensation: ₹35,00 – ₹40,00 per month
Benefits: Provident Fund, performance bonus, annual bonus.
Schedule: Day shift; Work Location: In person
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
