Job Description
IIFL Samasta Finance Limited is on the lookout for motivated individuals to join our team as an Officer of Micro Loan. In this role, you will drive business expansion by identifying growth opportunities and recruiting new members.
Your responsibilities will include forming customer groups, explaining loan procedures, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring timely loan repayments. You will effectively manage a portfolio of 200 customers and conduct regular center meetings while fostering strong relationships.
Qualifications include a +2 educational background, proficiency in Malayalam, a valid driving license, and the age limit of under 28 for freshers or 32 for experienced candidates. A two-wheeler is a mandatory requirement.
Compensation ranges from ₹18,00 to ₹22,00 per month, along with additional benefits.
