DNEG is currently looking for a dedicated Facility Executive with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in Goregaon East, Mumbai. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing administrative support, managing office inventory, purchasing goods and equipment, and processing invoices. Your responsibilities will include supervising support staff, maintaining office cleanliness, organizing events, and managing logistics for meetings. You will also coordinate with vendors, address complaints, and oversee courier and transport services. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in creating presentations and reports, is essential for success in this position.
