Job Description
The Stalwarts Servicios is actively seeking a committed Agency Associate Manager to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a skilled team of insurance advisors. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard a team of insurance advisors/agents.
- Provide continuous training and professional development.
- Drive sales performance through effective coaching.
- Monitor advisor progress and assist in goal achievement.
- Design and implement local marketing initiatives to generate leads.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year in sales is preferred.
Salary: ₹200,00.00 – ₹300,00.00 annually.
