Vanitham Margin Free Supermarket is on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate to enhance our team in Kochalumoodu – Mavelikkara. This full-time role, reporting directly to the Store Manager, focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a rewarding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally greet and assist customers
• Address inquiries and resolve customer complaints
• Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area
• Promote store products and services effectively

Requirements: Minimum 10th grade education, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency. Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Compensation: ₹10,00.00 – ₹13,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
