Job Description
Ram Fincorp is on the lookout for a dedicated Trainee/Associate Collection Executive to become part of our team in Sultanpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer collections, ensuring timely repayments, and fostering positive customer relationships while minimizing credit risks.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers regarding overdue payments, explain payment terms clearly, maintain accurate collection records, meet performance targets, and collaborate with internal teams.
