Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience: 1 to 3 years in telecalling or sales
Languages: Proficiency in English is required; Hindi is a plus, and Malayalam is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a focus on sales conversion.
- Utilize MS Office (Word/Excel) effectively.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls while addressing customer queries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on orders.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00 per month with additional benefits such as a flexible schedule, paid sick leave, and performance bonuses.
