Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Collection Executive to engage customers regarding overdue payments and facilitate the timely recovery of outstanding debts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with customers to collect outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of follow-up communications.
- Negotiate feasible payment arrangements with customers.
Requirements: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred; 0-3 years of experience in collections; excellent interpersonal skills; access to a bike for fieldwork.
Job Type: Full-time; Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00/month.
