Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Office Staff member to oversee the operations of our branch. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) with a focus on business development in Gold Loans, while contributing to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing cash and accounts effectively
- Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Conducting follow-ups with existing customers
Salary: ₹17,00 per month with potential incentives (up to ₹22,00)
Location: Angamaly, Aluva, Karumaloor
