Job Description

ELANCE PHARMA is looking for a committed Store Manager to lead our apparel operations in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will manage daily store operations by effectively scheduling and assigning employees, as well as recruiting, training, and promoting excellent team performance.

Responsibilities include meeting financial goals through effective budget management, ensuring merchandise availability, and upholding a safe and clean store environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of retail experience, possess a bachelor’s degree, and be fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

This full-time role requires 12-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, offering a competitive monthly salary of ₹50,00, along with performance-based bonuses.
