Job Description
Guardian Management Services is on the lookout for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards, and conducting regular quality assurance inspections. Your duties will include managing inventory, ordering cleaning supplies, and collaborating with other hospital departments to ensure seamless operations.
You will also monitor staff performance, enforce safety protocols, and promptly address any concerns or complaints. We offer a full-time position with a competitive salary range of ₹20,00.00 – ₹29,747.79 per month. Preferred working shifts are during the day and morning.
