Job Description
MedPlus Health Services Limited is looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate (CSA) to enhance our team. In this role, you will greet customers, respond to inquiries, manage prescription data, and ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations. Additional responsibilities include assisting with inventory management and processing cash transactions.
Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) and demonstrate fluency in both Malayalam and English. Preference will be given to applicants with a valid 2-wheeler license and the ability to commute to Kumbanad, Kurisumoodu, or Konni. While male candidates are preferred, we encourage females, particularly for home deliveries, to apply.
Salary: Competitive monthly salary of up to ₹22,800.00 plus benefits.
