Job Description

Eduport Academy is actively looking for a dedicated Mentorship Trainer to elevate the quality of mentorship offered across our campuses. In this role, you will be responsible for training, equipping, and onboarding new student mentors to ensure their alignment with our mentorship philosophy.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting structured training programs, mentoring guides on tracking student progress, and iterating on training content based on regular feedback.

We invite applicants with 2-4+ years of experience in mentorship or educational roles, who possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for fostering student growth.

This is a full-time position that offers a salary range of ₹9,783.68 – ₹25,00.00 per month. Candidates must have reliable transportation or be willing to relocate to Kozhikode, Kerala.
