Job Description

Jivita Enterprise Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production & Stock Coordinator to oversee stock management and production processes within our stitching unit. This role requires close collaboration with a small team of tailors to facilitate smooth daily operations, accurate inventory tracking, and timely fulfillment of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily production records using Google Sheets.
• Monitor stock levels of incoming fabrics and accessories.
• Assign tasks to tailors, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Coordinate with the production head to establish order priorities.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance before dispatch.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in basic computer skills, particularly Google Sheets/Excel.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
