Job Description
Purpose of the Position: To assist the plantation management team in implementing effective agricultural practices for the cultivation of coffee and cardamom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily crop operations to ensure optimal productivity.
- Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures.
- Support the training and development of field workers.
- Perform regular inspections of the fields to assess conditions.
- Document observations and submit performance reports.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, 5-6 years of relevant experience, and a solid understanding of sustainable farming practices are essential.
Compensation: ₹25,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per hour.
