Job Description

Hawk Hospitality is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Executive to lead our front desk team and deliver outstanding guest experiences at our Peter’s Mount, Annachal location. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary ranging from $20,00 to $22,00.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising front desk operations, facilitating seamless guest check-in and check-out, addressing inquiries, training team members, and maintaining accurate records. A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, along with at least 3 years of experience in front office operations, is required. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil is mandatory. This is a permanent, in-person position.
