Neurealm is looking for a motivated Junior Freshservice Administrator to manage and enhance our IT service management (ITSM) platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring workflows, automating processes, and ensuring effective ticket management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Freshservice ITSM platform.
- Design workflows, SLA policies, and ticket routing protocols.
- Oversee user roles and permissions management.
- Integrate with third-party applications such as Microsoft 365 and Slack.
- Monitor system performance and conduct user training sessions.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience with Freshservice or equivalent platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL principles.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
