Job Description
Mosaic Global Pvt Ltd. is actively looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Documentation Executive specializing in Shipping & Delivery. This role is essential for managing import shipment documentation and facilitating effective communication with clients to ensure smooth customs clearance and prompt updates.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for handling import shipment documentation, updating shipment information on ICEGATE and ODEX, preparing House Bills of Lading (HBL) and Airway Bills (AWB), coordinating with clients for the necessary customs documents, and maintaining ongoing communication.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, 2-4 years of relevant experience, a solid understanding of customs procedures, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent; Salary: ₹35,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month.
