Job Description
GoKhana is looking for a dedicated Executive Customer Experience to join our team in Bangalore North, Karnataka. This full-time position, available since June 16, 2025, focuses on addressing escalated merchant cases, working with internal teams for effective resolutions, and enhancing processes to improve merchant interactions. You will engage with customers via calls and emails, manage backend operations, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, along with strong writing and communication abilities. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Merchant Helpdesk or Customer Experience.
