Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Field Recruiters in Howrah, Kolkata. Ideal candidates should have experience in sourcing delivery personnel, which is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard delivery personnel using local networks.
- Address rider concerns and conduct regular follow-ups to maintain operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in the local language is essential.
