Job Description
AGS Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Customer Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will address customers’ inquiries via phone, email, web chat, or in person. Your responsibilities will include selling products and services, monitoring customer satisfaction, tracking orders, processing refunds, and updating company databases with each customer interaction. Moreover, you will work closely with the sales department to devise effective problem-solving strategies and provide support for new products through short-term projects.
