Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Tamil Voice Process Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls in Tamil, assisting customers with their inquiries and providing accurate information. Your primary objective will be to effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
