Job Description
Happy Staffers is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Career Counselors. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving student admissions by effectively engaging with prospective students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various outreach strategies.
- Guide students in selecting appropriate programs tailored to their needs.
- Assist students with their application process and facilitate communication with parents.
Qualifications:
- Strong empathic communication skills to foster meaningful relationships.
- Demonstrated sales conversion experience with proficiency in CRM systems.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
