Job Description
Join Medcity Study Abroad as a Business Support Associate, where you will play a crucial role in our mission to help students realize their global education aspirations. Your responsibilities will include generating and converting leads, managing databases, and ensuring effective customer engagement.
Your daily responsibilities encompass reaching out to prospective students, accurately maintaining records within our CRM system, and working closely with the counseling team. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, have exceptional communication skills, and preferably be fluent in English.
This is a full-time position based in Kannur, Kochi, Pala, or Kollam, offering a salary ranging from ₹12,00 to ₹20,00, along with performance-based incentives.
