Job Description
Gurusoul Realty Private Limited is actively seeking committed individuals for the position of Customer Care Executive. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Providing accurate and comprehensive information about our products and services.
- Managing customer complaints and delivering appropriate solutions.
