This hybrid position merges sales acumen with outstanding customer service, allowing you to turn inquiries into bookings while delivering exceptional support throughout the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into bookings and recommend tailored travel packages.
- Provide exemplary assistance before and after bookings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
