Job Description
SAEV PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a committed Service Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to collect feedback regarding our services and interactions. Your duties will include recording and summarizing feedback, escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams, and maintaining accurate call records using Excel or other data tracking systems.
Collaboration with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and preparing daily and weekly reports on feedback trends are essential responsibilities. This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹12,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month, with an expected start date of August 26, 2025.
