Job Description
JTAC – TRANSACNR SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Warranty Administrator to join our team. Key responsibilities include managing warranty claims, verifying service history data, diagnosing customer issues, addressing complaints promptly, and monitoring daily service operations, including job card creation. Additionally, you will oversee Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Recon sales, as well as service campaigns at the dealership.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively. We value individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our dynamic environment.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month.
