Job Description
JUSTDOTPLAY Foundation seeks a full-time Tutor to work with the Kasavanahalli migrant community. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM (30 hrs/week). Duties include teaching children aged 4–12 using phonics, reading, and vocabulary; creating worksheets; leading play-based activities; taking attendance; and tracking progress.
- No experience required; training provided.
- Salary: ₹12,00–₹14,00/month. Benefits: certificate, experience letter, one paid leave/month, festival holidays, safe environment, and opportunity to advance to Lead Tutor.
- Preferred: English and Hindi speakers; PUC, currently studying, or graduates; patient, punctual, and local. Women are encouraged to apply.
