Job Description
Jwala Diamonds and Jewellers is seeking a detail-oriented Factory Supervisor to manage daily shop-floor activities and uphold high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The Supervisor will support polishers and setters, oversee material handling (gold and gemstones), enforce design specifications, minimize waste, and coordinate production schedules to meet targets. Practical experience in jewelry manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and effective team leadership are required. This is a full-time, in-person role.
