Job Description
Kent Constructions is looking for an experienced Chief of Staff to enhance the efficiency of our executive team and ensure the smooth functioning of internal departments. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in operations or administration, with a strong emphasis on improving internal processes and ensuring the timely completion of tasks.
Key responsibilities include coordinating activities across Finance, HR, IT, and Administration departments, tracking progress, assisting with internal planning, and facilitating effective communication between management and teams. Strong abilities in follow-up and communication, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets, are crucial for success in this role.
