Kerala Jewellers in Chennai is seeking a full-time Counter Sales Assistant for our premium showroom. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate expert knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewelry for weddings and gifts, and consistently meet sales targets. Key duties include greeting customers, assessing needs, explaining purity, carat, and design, processing POS transactions, handling payments and returns, upselling accessories and care plans, and ensuring GST compliance. Maintain attractive displays, perform daily inventory and stock reports, and keep the counter clean and organized. This on-site role focuses on product expertise and strong sales performance.
