Job Description
Kofteci Food Krafts Pvt Ltd seeks a dedicated Commis Chef to join our South American restaurant team. The successful candidate will assist with daily food preparation, sauce and grill work, plating, stock rotation, and uphold HACCP hygiene standards. You will support senior chefs during service, contribute to waste minimization, and follow established kitchen procedures.
Requirements: basic culinary training or 1–2 years of kitchen experience (enthusiastic freshers welcome), prior continental kitchen exposure preferred, willingness to learn Latin cuisine, and availability for shift work in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
