Job Description
Kookelite is thrilled to announce an opening for the position of E-commerce Operations Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will enhance our shipping processes and ensure prompt deliveries to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Print shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Hand over packages to delivery personnel or couriers.
- Monitor orders until they reach the customer.
- Maintain daily stock records and update the inventory accurately.
- Coordinate with courier partners regarding returns or lost shipments.
Requirements: Proficient in basic computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Compensation: ₹8,00 – ₹10,00 per month
