Job Description
We are looking for a proactive PDU Executive to join our team at Kotak Mahindra. In this position, you will visit properties mortgaged with KMBL within the commercial and consumer banking sectors. Your key responsibilities will include completing the APF process, preparing comprehensive valuation reports, and verifying property documentation. Additionally, you will collaborate with external vendors to acquire necessary reports while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and have a strong familiarity with the local real estate landscape. You will be expected to provide up-to-date market insights to both the sales team and the Head Office.
